Hi Dear, Welcome to HCM. Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain in left shoulder radiating towards neck. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like poor posture , working at a desk for too long without changing position , sleeping with your neck in a bad position , jerking the neck during exercises , arthritis and fibromyalgia . It can also also occur due to pinched nerve , cervical spondylosis and cervical radiculopathy. Need not to worry. For now do stretching exercises under expert , give your neck proper rest , use cervical pillow on expert s advice and drink half spoon of turmeric powder in warm glass of milk daily . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor will as for certain movements , examine physically and order other imaging test to confirm the diagnosis .
