What Causes Pain In Left Abdomen With Tenderness And Pain In Left Testicle?
My left nut hurts I can fill what seems to be vains? And when I touch only one side of the nut on the top its tender I sat down cossing my legs then all the sudden it started hurttin I ve been iceing and it been hurtin for 3 days still 1 threw 10 pain its a 5 till I m walking then a 7 where it hurts in my left stomach as well or hurts worse when I have full bladder no std and don t think I got a uti

Based upon the hiStory you have provided you gave got varicocele of left testis. Are you having any dragging sensation in your testis??? Does it decreases with lying down.??
You should consult surgeon do that proper management can be done..
