General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the pain can be related to hemorrhoids and also varicose veins in n vagina. Try not to strain too much in toilet because straining can make it worse.

Also being constipated is not good and you should improve diet adding fibers, fruits and vegetables and water intake. Use hemorrhoids cream to help a bit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka
