What Causes Pain In Joints And Upper Back On Being Diagnosed With Autoimmune Pancreatitis?

My Sister has been ill for some time and no one can find out what is wrong. She HAS been diagnosed with autoimmune pancreatitis but there is so more more going on. She has a lot of joint pain. right now horrible pain across her upper back. She has had shingles for the last 4 weeks ( second time in 2 months). Her mucuos membranes are swollen everywhere. When she lays down to sleep after awhile she has bad pain in the side of the face she is lying on. She itches all over. In the middle of the night she wakes up and smells rotten garbage. Numbness in arms and tingling in fingers. I could go on but I know people will think she is a hypochondriac.I think she needs a brain xray but don t know what kind of Dr to tell her to go to. She has been to a Gastro Dr., Rheumatologist, Neurologist, Infectious Disease Dr. No answers. Can anyone suggest anything?you in advance,Kathy
