Hi, so whilst doing the splits with my right leg leading, i had put the weight in my hips to stretch and i heard a very loud suction pop noise. like cracking your knuckles but remarkably loud, that sound was accompanied by a feeling that felt like a muscle being pulled. that happened 3-4 weeks ago. and to touch the muscles no longer hurt, but doing certain things that i used to do every day, like pushing into a handstand ends with a very uncomfortable sudden sharp pain that lasts for about 5 minutes before slowly droning out, and it is always relatively uncomfortable to walk pretty much all the time. what did i do to my hip? (pain killers also do nothing for the pain.)
