about 6 months ago I got out of bed and when I took my first step with my left leg, my hip felt like it collapsed snd I had no feeling in my leg. From then on I have had constant severe pain in my hip joint. I developed a few days later a severe pain in my lower back, on the left side, right at the waistline. The pain runs down, in a strait line, through the left buttock, down the back of the left thigh, then just below the middle of the thigh in an oval shape it hurts, burns, pulls, cramps and will discolor slightly and be hot to touch but numb and tingly at the same time. This continues from this point, in a strait line to right above or in the bend of the knee with the exact same symptoms as listed above in the thigh. The strait line continues to the mid calf, with same symptoms as listed and it continues down to ankle, just above the bone on the outer left side and has same symptoms as above. It will sometimes move to the bottom of my foot . The leg, hip and foot will cramp severely bad for long periods of time. It has at times twisted my foot in directions it is not meant to go. I have went to my dr who wants me to get an MRI but says he is not sure why its not getting better. Any ideas. I cannot function like this and I have had to for months.
