What Causes Pain In Hip, Bicep Of Arms And Shoulder Blade?

Yes I have radiating-pain in bicep of both arms . I had laparoscopic surgery on the right shoulder but it was unsuccessful . Also I ve had a left hip replacement which also still gives a lot of discomfort . Now it s my right hip . My arms have a very limited range of motion . Could it be my neck or spine . Shoulder blade pain and numbness of my fingers also happens more and more often . This has been getting worse for close to 4 yrs which. Started with a slight snapping in my bicep of the right arm .

This is very complicated case and unless clinical examination is done, it is difficult to conclude.
What was surgery done on shoulder. What was problem before performing surgery. Where do you live?
