What Causes Pain In Groin Area And Around Buttocks?
Pain last several weeks right side of groin, including testicle, occasionally around to crease in right buttock. uncomfortable to sit for long periods. no obvious signs of hernia. feeling of sitting on a marble felt at base of scrotum blood tests for STI negative. waiting on result for PSA

You should get further evaluated doing an ultrasound of testicles and kidneys. It can be hidrocele or varicocele causing this issue.
