What Causes Pain In Foot And Toe After An Injury?

Hello yesterday I was on a bike and my foot slipped off the pedal and my big toe got all scraped up an the skin on the tip of my toe is gone. My toe has been in severe pain since then, it is hard to walk and I could barely sleep from the pain. My foot keeps getting on and off pain since and it is hard to walk without my toe hurting. What's wrong?

The pain that you have is due to a soft tissue injury in the area. This can be due to a henatona formation also. Bone injury also needs to be ruled out.
