General & Family Physician 's  Response
dear friend
your elbow pain and headaches may not really be related to any of the medication that you are taking
razel that is rosuvastatin can cause muscle pain and coenzyme q10 can relieve it but you have pain in joint which is not a side effect of statin,
retense is an opioid analgesic is the pain so severe that you need it
you do need to take clopidogrel and a statin following a transient ischaemic attack but the other symptoms need proper evaluation
please discuss it in detail with your treating physician
