What Causes Pain In Chest Radiating To Left Arm?

I would like to know if what i have is HBP, since 2 weeks ago i Have had this left chest pain and went to see the doctor, they said i was borderline on the HBP reading, they also did a ELECTROCARDIOGRAM and they said i was fine. The pain was gone for a couple of days then I cameback and it has been a week and went again to the urgent care 4 days ago they said the samething border line on the HBP and did another ELECTROCARDIOGRAM and they said my heart was very healthy that no problems at all, they gave me pepcid for hartburn which is what they think i have but is been 4 days and the left chest pain seems to be there and sometime it goes from my left chest to my left arm so what is it that I have Doctor?

Your symptoms are related to acid reflux and muscular pain since all your reports are normal.do not worry.continue with your medication..if your pain still persists,consult cardiologist and get coronary angiogram.thankyou
