What Causes Pain In Chest, Back And Fever?
Chest pain and back pain that comes and goes with pains that feel like something is pinching and shock feeling in chest and pain in the back. Had CTScan done with iodine showed no blood clots but had some fever with blood count of 20,000 showed nothing in blood work but still having these symptoms.

I really appreciate your concern, EKG is advisable if it is not done yet, beside this it may be the muscular pain and it can be well managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day hope this information helps.
