What Causes Pain In Chest And Collarbone?

I was sleeping on a gold out bed last night and I woke up with a full ache in my chest and collarbone area mainly but the pain reaches as far as my left wrist and my neck and it doesn t seem to be easing up. Do you know what the problem might be and what can be done to make it feel better?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
This pain should be taken with caution as it might be due to angina or myocardial infarct. Are you hypertensive.do you have previous history of such pain before? What is your age. If you are elderly and hypertension then there is strong possibility of this. Please take urgent visit to physician and get you EKG done. Get yourself examined.if nothing comes abnormal you are lucky and take tablet diclofenac 50 mg twice a day for 5 days and you wl be fine.
