Hello and welcome I had gone through your question and understand your concern
I would like further details to help you better 1. Your age 2. History of alcoholism 3.past history of similar complaints
Looking at your history this could be following possibilities 1. Muscle spasm or sprain 2. Acute gastritis or peptic ulcer due to stomach hyperacidity 3. Pancreatitis 4. Gall bladder stone
in my opinion you should visit a doctor for ultrasound abdomen and upper GI endoscopy
