What Causes Pain In Breast Around Nipple?

Hi I been having a sharp pain in my right boob mostly around my nipple I just had my period on the begging of this month but this pain doesn t go away it comes and goes I m 20 yrs old should I worried ? I don t know how to know the difference when I touch my boob
