What Causes Pain In Breast Along With Abdominal Cramps While On Femiplan Pills?

Please write your question here hi i used the femiplan pill on tuesday and had unprotected sex that night the following day i completely stopped using the pills since my partner was not around,now am feeling breast pains and slight cramps on and off crampings ,am i pregnant ?

HI,
I understand your concern.
Femiplan pills are daily contraceptive oills . They contain hormones, so need to be taken regularly without a break.
You have stopped taking it in between .. that has caused a break in taking the pills .. which may result in-
- Cramps/breast soreness due to hormonal disturbance sudden withdrawal of pills.. this mostly lead to withdrawal bleeding .
- Such break in pills stimulates ovulation & can cause conception too.
But you seem to have less chance as your partner is not around .
