What Causes Pain In Bones And Headaches When Tensed?

Hello doctor, I m 65 yrs old, my bones pain if I hit myself against anything. I get headaches very often if I am tensed. I take NEUROBION forte. Today I just bought calcimax forte from the pharmacy as I don t take any calcium. Is it ok to take it once a day for 15 dys. I had a fall couple of yrs ago and fractured my right leg.

Please get your eye sight and blood pressure checked. Also, get serum vitamin D and calcium also done and consult your family doctor for cause specific prescription.
