What Causes Pain In Back In Kidney Area?

My 20 year old son is having pain in his back, kidney area, around to the front. He has recently passed at least 1 stone. He continues to have time when he can t void & is in pain. He has been to the emergency room 4 times, and a urologist 1 time. Tests done were CT scan, one time without contrast, one time with contrast. urinalysis, IVP, ultrasound & prostate has been checked. They can not seem to find anything wrong. When he was 11 months old he had a bilateral ureteral reimplantation & has not had any problems until now with his urinary tract. Could there be something going wrong from where he had that surgery? He does not have insurance & we are struggling financially. He has a job, but has been out for two+ weeks because of this pain. This week would have been his 5th week at work, but I am afraid he is going to lose his job because of being out, we just can not find anyone who can help him. None of the pain medication they have given him has helped the pain & he just wants to find out what is going on & wants it fixed, but with no medical insurance & no money we just do not know what to do. Apparently I can not get any help here either. We do not have any money to pay for a response. Never mind.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be muscular condition and may not be due to any kidney disease and past history of surgery and this is nothing to worry still it need to be kept under observation for stone formation, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
