What Causes Pain In Back Below The Shoulder Blade?
I ve had back pain behind my shoulder blade for a few days. When I take deep breaths, I experience sharp pain. The last two days, I m also experiencing pain/soreness in my chest on the same side of my body (opposite side of the heart). Is this muscle strain or something else. Thank you.

Most of the time such pain could be due to muscle spasm and this is happening due to poor posture in sleep, try to maintain the good posture, this may not be the heart related pain still for safety purpose EKG can be done, hope this information helps, take care.
