What Causes Pain In Back And Stomach Along With Bloating?

my back has been hurting now for 2-weeks it started from the middle to the right side and as of now my stomach on the right side is in pain I can barely bend over and cant sit for to long and barely sleep I have been feeling very bloated and having sharp pain in the front of my stomach , can you tell me what this might be , I do not have my appendix it has already been removed.

I really appreciate your concern, muscular pain may be likely and this can be managed with "Tab Dicyclomine and Acetaminophen" you have not mentioned the age and bender else something could have been thought, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
