What Causes Pain In Around A Cortisone Injection Site?

Earlier this month I had an Cortisone injection into my hip joint. It lasted only 24 hours . Now I am in worse pain then ever with burning pain on the joint and injection site with nauseous everyday. Plus lost of appetite. It hurts to walk also. Question is should I go to the emergency room. It s been almost a month with this bad reactions

Hi, I have gone through your question.
I would like to suggest you should consult doctor as early as possible. Dont panic, but dont neglect it also.
It can be related to the infection at the injection site. You have not mentioned about history of trauma at athat site. If its a infection you have to start on antibiotics as per doctors advise.
