What Causes Pain In Arms Loss Of Energy And Nausea Sometimes?

I have been having pains in my arms and hands for a few days now. its from the very top of my arms to my fingers and it basically feels like its bruised to the touch. And it feels like my muscles are weak. It was difficult for me to open a bottle of taco sauce that I normally open with no problem. I have also had a loss of energy and feel as though I have been sleeping more lately. And I also had occassional days where i feel nauseas throughtout the day. I have had a period and also taken a pregnancy test before the arm pains started. The test was negative.

Hello,

The pain in the arms with a feeling of loss of muscle power can be related to spondylotic changes in the spine. You need to consult an orthopedician for a detailed examination and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
