General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Various problems can give such symptoms. Stone in gall bladder or liver problems can gives the symptoms like you mentioned. But even gastritis or colitis can be a reason. So it is better to have an ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis after a physical examination by your doctor to get a full picture. This will help your doctor to get a proper diagnosis.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
