Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of abdominal pain, shifting of pain from abdomen to chest while laying down, burning sensation and fullness after having small amount of food is suggestive of gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD).
These symptoms are not indicative of onset of menopause.
I suggest you to take an antacid or proton pump inhibitor empty stomach for symptomatic relief.
For definitive treatment exact cause of these symptoms need to be known.
These symptoms can occur due to gastritis, hernia, lose gastroesophageal junction (GEJ).
You need to consult an gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy.
After upper GI endoscopy, the status of esophagus and stomach will be known and thus further management.

Thanks and take care
