I am a 23 year old woman. I have had two children ages 4 and 5. My last menstrual period was on February 13, 2015 and ended February 16, 2015. Last night, February 20, 2015 I started lightly spotting again, light-reddish color and in a moderate amount). In addition, the area in which my right ovary is in was giving me a very weird tingly but painful sensation that also occurred in my right hip area and went all the way down to my knee. I am also experiencing pain in my lower abdomen. It was very painful and I felt that area around my right ovary and it felt like there was a small lump that was not on the left ovary area. As of today, February 21, 2015 I am still lightly spotting and in a small amount of pain. This pain had occurred last month but it was not anywhere near as painful as it became this time, and the last time I did not spot. What could be the problem?
