What Causes Pain From The Upper Abdomen To The Back?

A couple months ago after a strange burning pain that radiadated from my upper abdomen to my back, I found out my gallbladder was inflamed and my liver enzymes were elevated. Days after the incident the top of my stomach was sore and ever since my then my stomach pops when I bend down. I have no pain, but the feeling is just uncomfortable. I told my physician, but she seems to not be concerned because I'm not in pain. It hasn't gone away and I'm curious to what it could be ?

Hello

As you said your are not experiencing pain now.
Bloating occurs when the abdomen fills with air or gas. This can make your abdomen appear larger and feel tight or hard to the touch.
It can also cause feelings of discomfort, which may be felt toward your back. The back acts as a support and stabilizing system for your body.

I would suggest you to:

1. Adapt a regular routine of walk for 30 mins in your lifestyle. This will surely help you.
2. Make a habit of taking 1tsp of fennel seeds after you finish your meals. It helps in the digestion of food and keeps enzymes in order.
3. Take 1/4 glass of water. To it add 1/4 tea spoon of baking powder, one pinch of black pepper, one pinch of black salt and one tsf of lemon juice. Consume this drink once in day. Drink it sip by sip. You have to finish this drink in half an hour. It will keep the ph of intestines alkaline. this will help you.
4. Do breathing exercises.

I hope this information solves your query

Thanks
