What Causes Pain From Hip To Feet After A Carpal Tunnel Surgery?

yes ,ive had many phsyc problems, and major sphine surgeries. lately in the past five years. my last surgeries were oct.2014 plate put in neck. jan 2015 a longer rod and screws put in from lower lumber 5,6 to .i have a great surgeon,who communicates well with me. he just did a carpultunnel surgery i had about six weeks ago. two weeks ago or more i started going through some extreme emotional stresses,like one. having to move.yesterday i woke up in bedhurting from the waist down. ive been using a cane off and on.i have so much pain now i can hardly walk. theres no physical reason for this new pain. my therapist called it something because of the stress im having daily. what is this called. and why am i in so much physical pain?
