Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hello when i urinate i feel like my vagina is falling out. then i see blood. i dont have an infection, i dont have no burning sensations at all. it only happens when i go to pee, and sometimes its a little bit of urine that comes out.its to the point i dont want to drink anything because then i have to run to the bathroom
Hello and welcome to HCM, Feeling of vagina falling out is suggestive of prolapse uterus. Burning sensation while urinating is suggestive of urinary tract infection. I suggest you get an urine examination to look for evidence of infection in urine. If there is evidence of infection in urine, further urine culture and drug sensitivity needs to be done to determine the infectious agent and most potent drug effective against the infectious agent. However, you may consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus management.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
