What Causes Pain During Urination While Having Menstruation?

Last time I had my menstruation before I started I went to urinate then I felt very painful after an hour I started menstruating heavy but the pain was still when urinating and its a week now after urinating the blood comes out but am through already with menstruation what can this be?

Understand your concern.
Following are the cause of your problem:
1. Uinary tract infection/Cystitis/Urethritis
2. Vaginal infection
3. Endometriosis

For diagnosis you should consult the gynecologist and undergo following tests:
CBC, ESR
URINE routine, culture and microscopy
STDs screening
Pelvic USG
Hormonal assay

Advice for you till the diagnosis
Take tablet meftal spas
Tablet septra
Drink lots of water
Eat healthy diet
Drink fruit juice of orange, cranberry and pineapple
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear
Maintain hygiene after urination
Avoid sex and douching till you get better
