Hello,

First of all, you should know the normal sexual response cycle. During sexual intercourse, there are four phases namely
1. Arousal or excitement phase.
2. Plateau phase.
3. Orgasmic phase.
4. Resolution or refractory phase.
The time duration for various phases varies from individual to individual. The last phase is the refractory phase after orgasm which lasts for 20 to 30 minutes. During this time, there will not be any erection, and few may develop pain. So nothing to worry. Just relax and try after this time period after adequate stimulation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Venkatesh Kumar
