hi! i m always experiencing pain after the first erection. we have sex, we finish, absolutely no problem every time.after that if I have an erection (and only if) it will hurt somewhere around my perineum.not horribly but enough.as more hours from the last sexual act pass, I will experience less pain( if I happen to have an erection) and by the second day the pain will be gone.I m 26 with no medical problems so far. Is this normal? is it just something like muscle fatigue?
