Welcome to Hcm,
As long as child is passing soft stools and no blood in stools its normal.
Her strain can be due to some redness or raw area in the anal opening. Look for that. Keep giving her fruits and fruit juices, plenty of liquids, so that she doesn't have hard stools. Redness over vagina needs to be examined clinically to look for a possibility of infection in and around the area. I would suggest you consult a pediatrician for the same. Home remedy till consult word be to give as much amount of liquids as possible. Hope your child gets well soon. Take care.
