What Causes Pain Below My Scapula?

I have been having pain below my scapula on my left side and a squeezing pain, like my bra is too tight. This has been going on for quite some time, but lately it is a daily occurrence. Occasionally I will have an uncomfortable sensation under my left arm or shoulder. No nausea, no sweating. Had a chest xray which was normal.

can take x-ray of scapula and left shoulder including clavicle.it may be costochondritis. take tablet combiflam and apply analgesic ointment externaly. consult orthopaedic surgeon for examination and advise.
