What Causes Pain Behind The Legs Every Morning?

I am waking up with pain in the back of both legs which is helped temporarily by stretching the legs but seems not to resolve permanently. It s not every night but it s becoming increasingly common and can last throughout the day. I m unsure whether it s worse or better after exercising (walking, biking or stretching)

OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms are suggestive of Vit D3 deficiency, I suggest you go for some investigations like Vit D3, Sr.Calcium, Rheumatoid factor.

So that we can further evaluate the main cause of pain. You can write me back once the investigations are done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
