General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Cause of the hill pain are bone overgrowth or increased pressure on the hill .
If its not overgrowth then try the following things.
1. Try to reduce the weight by exercise and proper diet.
2. Take lukewarm water in the container , add little salt in it and keep your feet inside it for 15 to 20 min. Twice daily for 10 days.
3. Try to use soft sole foot ware.
