I am experiencing several areas of discomfort: What feels like moderate stabbing like in my left side just about the waistline which began yesterday morning. The second area is my right side but lower in the hip area and that feels similar to a spasm. The third area is the underside of my left buttock. None of these have caused any sleep, eating or movement issues but all 3 of them are making themselves known! I do have osteoarthritis and scoliosis in my back. I have seen a back surgeon and I do not require back surgery and are currently managing the back pain with specific exercises and as needed pain meds. My left knee is eventually due for a replacement and is currently being managed the same as the back with the addition of a knee brace.
