General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read your message and understood your medical problem.

The pain caused by gallstones can radiate to your chest as well due to the common nerve supply. The left side of the rib cage expresses more often this situation.

If you can send to me the results of your fibroscopy it would be great, so I am able to evaluate your case in details.

If you can not afford the pain you must go to the hospital for immediate evaluation and medication.

Avoid oily or fatty food as they trigger the gallstones pain.

Hope this was helpful.
