what could be causing on going pain in my left arm? Symptoms include pain along the outer side of my left arm from shoulder (but not including shoulder) to elbow. I cannot lift my arm without experiencing severe pain. The pain does not come and go but is constant and has been on going for over a month.
A month ago I stuck myself with an ice pick about half inch deep at base of thumb palm side. Was painful with pain shooting halfway up arm. Went on vacation drove over 5000 miles in a month, got what looked lik chicken pox down left arm and blisters that went around thumb and index finger and made numb.the blisters healed and about gone, but my shoulder has been very sore at rest. I did some heavy concrete busting by hand with hammer and chisel, also may have got into some glass insulation. Shoulder wakes me at night and been through two bottles of Advil. It helps, but still wakes me at night!
I have had pain and weakness in my left arm for about the last 2 hours. I can t lift it more than even with my shoulder. I work on a computer on and off all day, so I have neck and shoulder discomfort a lot. I m not confused, don t have any facial drooping, dizziness or trouble walking. What s up with this?
