What Causes Pain And Tightness On The Thighs While Climbing Stairs?

I have not been a sufferer of back or leg pain but yesterday morn the muscle above my knee felt tight and slightly painful when climbing stairs. As day progressed my leg behind the knee began hurting, then down the outside of my calf, then up into the upper back of leg. By evening pain was also in my hip. Pain is pretty severe and changes as my position changes. Didn t sleep well as a result. No better today, actually more paid. Could it be sciatica? I am a 60 year old woman leaving (before my doctor could see me) to drive my elderly mother on a 10 hour trip. I have never had anything like this and are looking for advise.

Hello,

Its nothing but the starting stage of sciatica nothing to worry. Do some yoga-like vajrasan padmasan shavasan bhujangasan and Soorya namaskar and as ayurvedic treatment do an abhyanga therapy in the nearby ayurvedic center you an observe good relief.

Along with that that take maha yograj guggulu bd for one week it has no side effects.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
