What Causes Pain And Tightness On The Foreskin After Having Sex?

Hi doctor, My name is Satyanarayana and I m 28 years old...Recently, I have participated in sex with a girl who washed my penis before sex and at that time she pulled my foreskin backwards.... I have never tried to pull my foreskin backwards in the past, so this is my first incident. I got a little bit of pain and after wearing the condom I have completed my sex... The main thing is after sexual participation my penis erect came back to normal, but my foreskin was folded like a thick ring at the tip.. the ringed foreskin is not going upwards or downwards... It is also very sensitive to touch both the skin and the tip. The foreskin and tip are both became red. What is the next step to do. Should I consult the doctor? please do the needful as I m mentally disturbed about this situation and unable to tell anyone. Please reply me as soon as possible. Regards, Satyanarayana

I would recommend you to visit an urologist at the earliest. The description indicates that you have a tight foreskin now. It's very difficult to say anything without physical examination.
Considering the redness, I would rather think in terms of balanitis due to some infection or inflammation. It could also be some irritation by latex condoms.
Do consult an urologist. If the tightness is toonmuch, you may be offered a procedure called circumcision where foreskin will be removed. If it is not severe and due to infection or allergy, it can be treated. Please stop worrying and consult an expert soon.
