What Causes Pain And Tightness In The Chest After Taking SR 2 X Tablets?

I took Wellbutrin 300 XL for 10+ years, but the price was getting to be ridiculously high. so I asked my doctor if I could switch to 150 SR 2x day safely and see how it did. He said yes, so that s what I m doing. But for so long I only had to take it once a day that I have had trouble remembering the 2nd dose. I am wondering if chest tightness and chest pain and feeling a little anxious could be side effects of the change? I started on June 1st.
