What Causes Pain And Tightness In Knee?

I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain in my knee. I tried to relax and figure out what happened. It was like my knee was popped out and I rolled around until it could move it. It has been two days and my leg still feels tight and hurts when I go to sit down any suggestions as to what or why that happened?

Hi welcome to health care magic. After going through your query I think you have been suffering from locking knee which usually occurred due to meniscus tear. You need mri of knee for diagnosis. If there is tear it needs arthroscopic management. Hope your query has been answered. Welcome for any further queries. Thanks.
