What Causes Pain And Tightness In Hip And Abdominal Area?
i have had pain / tightness in left hip flexor for a while now , not sure if connected but tonight I am sever pain in left low region of abdomen groin area pushed into hip area . I can hardly stand and walk I am laid in bed to get some relief . No other symptoms just pain .... Feel very tired though maybe just the pain taking control x thank you Jo
