Hello ma'am and welcome.

Please do not worry. Everytime you are seated, make sure you work your foot (flex it and then extend it). This helps improve circulation of blood making it less likely for swelling to take place.

These occurrances are common during pregnancy, but I would still recommend a visit to your treating OBGYN to get elaborately evaluated which will include a check on your blood pressure and urine analysis.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
