What Causes Pain And Tenderness On The Right Forearm?

I have been having pain and extreme tenderness to the touch on the right inside of my right forearm just below the elbow. I have only experienced this type of pain and sensitivity once before, and that was about 30 years ago but the pain was in my big toe, and it was diagnosed as gout. I also have bursitis and arthritis in my hips and shoulders, but this is the first time I’ve ever had this pain in my arm.
