General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to microtrauma. In my opinion, the disturb in the urine is not related to the trauma.

I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication for the pain such as Ibuprofen. I also recommend using ice compresses to relieve the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
