What Causes Pain And Tenderness In The Stomach?

Hello! I ve been experiencing some stomach pain and tenderness. Last week my daughter jumped on my stomach and it hurt me so bad. Another day I was opening something and it hit me in the stomach, and I fell to the floor crying. I ve been having milky watery discharge. I ve been having headaches, been nauseous off and on, been real tired, and just don t have much strength. I haven t had my period this month.. it s not always a 7 day period. Sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. Last month I bled for a few days but not sure when I started or ended, just remember one particular day I was on it. I took 1 pregnancy test, a cheap dollar store one, last Friday and it was negative. I took another last night and it was negative. I took a clear blue plus earlier and it was negative. I don t know what to do or what s wrong. Opinions please?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Blunt injuries may cause damage to the lower chest, spleen, liver, muscles. But if the injury was sharp it can cause tear, infection, rupture or blood loss of the organ/ muscle of impact. You are suggested to get examined by a GP, get required blood & Imaging tests done. Get assessed & treated at the earliest.

If you had unprotected intercourse & your pregnancy test is negative wait for a couple of days, get examined by a gynecologist & get treated. In the meantime take antacids & spasmol (spasmoproxyvon), one SOS when pain. Take soups & semi solid food like oats or porridge in small amounts.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
