4 days ago i went to the washroom and was fine as i was peeing my whole center of my stomach got sore and tender enough to make me double over in pain... 5 minutes later went back to the washroom to pee again same amount as the first time fully normal and it hurt to push.. that lasted for about an hr hr and a half... since then I ve been having lower abdominal pain and chest pains go from the center of my breast bone to the right and left side... when im sitting at an angle i get pain when i breathe in i get chest pains and its not all the time either happens like once or twice ever 2-3 hours starting to get more consistent peeing and pooping with not fluid intake change.
I see patients with similar complaints in my clinic and I would advise them to take pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids or syrup sucralfate for 3 to 5 days You should avoid spicy food and hot and junk food. Complete abstinence of alcohol and smoking Avoid stress and anxiety and remain cheerful
If it doesn't improve with these than you should consult a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy and further evaluation
If you can write back to me with your age and complete medical history so that I will be able to tell you more accurately. Best wishes
