What Causes Pain And Swelling On The Right Knee?

Previosly I had very painfull swelling ,redness which worsens during night time ,of my right knee joint then my right ankle joint since 6 years 2-3 times a year ,uric acid-6.5 I thought of Gouty arthritis started to take indomethacin ,gets improved .now burning sensation of my feet with the same symptoms, is it also symtom of the gout attack or some other thing?

Burning sensation is related to gouty diathesis. Analgesics and antiinflammatory will help. For gout take vitamin D with calcium supplement.
