What Causes Pain And Swelling In Wrist, Elbow And Shoulder After An Injury?

I went roller skating 5 days ago. I fellaand landed on my left hand. I have pain in my wrist elbow and shoulder. Also I have a lot of swelling.It started in my fingers andi is working upwards towards my shoulder. Lots of pain and pressure. How much damage could I have done.

Hello madam/sir, welcome to medical care magic. Damage can be analysed only after seeing Xray. So kindly get AP and Lateral view XRay of that limb. Then it can be treated accordingly. Better go to orthopaedician to show your XRay.
